1 General Terms & Applicability

By accessing or using the wy2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all wy2 services, games, bonuses, and transactions.

2 Account Registration and Information Accuracy

To open an account on wy2, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Your name, date of birth, address, and mobile number must all match your national ID.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, wy2 reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit any funds held within them.

• Only one account can be registered per mobile number.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility.

3 Age Verification & Adult Eligibility

The wy2 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. wy2 may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time to verify your age.

Allowing a minor to use the platform or managing an account on their behalf is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate account closure.

• Withdrawals will be placed on hold if age verification is not completed.
• Parental responsibility — keep your devices secure.
• Providing false information about your age will result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on wy2 are available via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit is BDT 200 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 300. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Requests to withdraw via a different method will not be accepted; however, exceptions may be discussed with the support team in special circumstances.

• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made in the name of the registered account holder.
• Payments through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• wy2 reserves the right to verify transactions suspected of money laundering.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
• Daily withdrawal limits are set by wy2 and are subject to change.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Wy2 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal from that bonus is permitted.

The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and the bonus being voided.

• Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate; real balance will be used first.
• Bonus usage may be restricted on certain games.
• wy2 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If abuse of bonus terms is confirmed, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, wy2 reserves the right to correct the amount. If your connection drops during a game, please contact our support team.

• Using automated bots or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.
• In any dispute over game outcomes, wy2's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wy2 platform and will result in immediate action upon detection. wy2 uses advanced technology to prevent fraud, and suspicious activity is flagged automatically.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Hacking, malware, or the use of harmful software.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Submitting a false identity or fake documents.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Wy2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason including rule violations, without prior notice. wy2 is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account closure.

Members may close their own account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn in accordance with our rules, but bonus balance will be cancelled.

• A maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts (no login for 12 months).
• To reactivate a closed account, please contact support.
• Accounts closed due to fraud will not be reinstated.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

Wy2 takes your personal data seriously. Your information is protected with SSL encryption and will never be sold or shared with any third party. However, wy2 may disclose information to relevant authorities when required by law.
